Quality Systems Analyst
Duration - 6 Months
Location - Irvine, Ca
Pay - $43 - 46.57/hr
Essential Job Functions:
· Provides clerical/administrative in support of Product Configuration Services (PCS) activities.
· Prepare and upload electronic documentation for Changes
· Create Change Requests/Notices in PLM and provide basic recommendations for content
· Perform incorporation of approved changes to documentation (e.g. verify correct implementation, coordinate with initiator for completion of business priorities)
· Participate in special projects, complete assigned tasks and deliverables
· Other incidental duties
Required Skills:
· Proficient in MS Office Suite
· Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
· General knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures and medical device regulations as it relates to records and documentation
· Good written and verbal communications skills
· Good problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
· Attention to detail
· Contacts are with individuals within own department and with contacts outside own organization across the global organization.
· Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the group
· Ability to build stable working relationships internally
· Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak Spanish a plus
· Working knowledge of Windchill PLM a plus
Level of Independence:
· Close and continuing supervision
· Little or no authority to deviate from established procedures
· Unusual questions are handed off to the supervisor to address and handle (as opposed to the employee continuing to have responsibility)
· Events not covered by procedures/instructions are referred to supervisor for disposition (as opposed to the employee continuing to have responsibility)
· Supervisor reviews progress and results for thoroughness
